What should I wear?
Comfort is key. Wear breathable, flexible clothing you can move freely in. Most sessions are conducted barefoot or in grip socks to enhance somatic feedback.
Is this personal training?
It includes elements of physical training, but our approach is holistic. We integrate nurse coaching and nervous-system regulation, making it a whole-person wellness experience — not just a workout.
Can I book multiple sessions?
Absolutely. While these are designed as drop-ins, many clients enjoy a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm. Book them as you go — no long-term contracts.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations within 24 hours receive 50% credit toward a future booking.
Are virtual sessions available?
Yes — virtual sessions are offered for clients outside the studio's reach. Same hour, same care, delivered over a private video call.
